Interview with Dr. Leslie M. Gutman

Dr. Leslie M. Gutman is Professor of Applied Developmental and Health Psychology at University College London.

Her book, Resilience: A Jewish Guide to Facing Adversity, Fostering Strength, and Living Your Best Life combines psychological research on resilience, positive psychology and behavioural science with Jewish wisdom and insights.

Also included in her book, Resilience: A Jewish Guide to Facing Adversity, are the major life tests that many of us face and the different strengths we can cultivate to boost resilience. Her book contains dozens of practical resilience-building exercises.  Dr. Leslie Gutman lives in London with her husband and children.
